19" Kink Jim Cielencki Sig??

This ebay auction is for a 19" Kink Jim Cielencki. Do they even come in 19"? I asked the seller, but haven't gotten a response yet. His other BMX part auctions seem to be pretty accurate, but i looked online and can only find 20.5" and 21.5 inch Cielenckis. Anyone know what the deal is?

Yes, those frames came in 19". And they were also really really good.
