new frame

right now i have an old backtrail x2 frame. im looking to get a lighter street frame. i really like the fit s3 aitken. its 14mm dropout so i know im ok with that. im just unsure about the BB. my haro is an american bb and 11.5" bb height. but the fit frame is a mid bb with 11.8" bb height. how can i make this work?

get a new bottom bracket. they are not very expensive. you will also need to get a new headset.

the s3 frame will have very different angles to your x2.

they are very nice frames though.

If your current BB is sealed you can just press the bearings into the frame without the cups, and just get the Kink headset.
