To be honest, i would just use it to commute. I thought it would be good because its cheap and a race bike which to me means faster. I am kind of a noob and know very little about bikes.

Don't mean to crush your bubble but you're gonna be told that bmx commutes are not the way to go.

I thought you have just bought a used bike from a friend, an 03 joker. Wow in that case if you want another bike and can say that an 03 gt mach 1 is cheap then you must be rich.
One more thing just to reinterate on "New members, read this first" by Brian the "New Forum Janitor" I will show some highlights of what he has posted.
"Before you post a question, try using the search function. Several times a week, someone starts a thread that goes something like this - What bike should I get?"(Brian)
*Kinda sounds like you don't it?
"If you can't find your answer in an old thread, go ahead and start a new one. But please remember to state your budget, the kind of riding you want to do, and if you're not in the US, state your location."(Brian)
*I would understand more if you don't have a bike already and if you weren't from this country or if you actually sat back and tried to learn, instead of picking our brain for free knowledge.
"Remember, a stupid question will most likely get you an equally stupid response."(Brian)
*well said, Brian.
*Even I read this post to make sure I respect the moderators and the seasoned guys or women here and I just joined like 3 days ago.
