How do you tell the size of your chain? 1/8 3/32 is it as simple as measuring with a tape measure?

You can run a 1/8" chain on a 3/32" cog yes?

https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=360040704818

Is that a 1/8" or 3/32" chainring?
