Grinding
Is there a reason why most people put pegs on their left side and not on their right?
|
The reason is that alot of bikes have their sprocket on the right side so they avoid grinding up their sprocket by putting the pegs on the left. I put mine on the right no matter what cause im only good at grinding that side.
|
your sprocket really doesn't matter, right side or left side is just a personal prefrence, i choose right because i am righty and i can move the bike around better to the right
right side seems to win around here jeff |
they do it case them just grind on one side, so only need one side of pegs, or are trying to save weight.
|
I think they grind on any side they want.
|
When I finally get my act together, what's the best way to start grinding?
I've seen a few videos of people going down bannisters, but it looks pretty tricky. Any top advice out there? Rich |
So people tend to grind ostly on their left side becuase when you grind on the right side you sproket is also getting scratched?
|
I like the thread you made.

I think they will grind on any side. They might grind on different sides on different grinds. I am happy to help. ;)

a lot of people can only grind on one side so they only keep pegs on that side cause theres no use for another set
