No idea, but it really sucks when you pull your quad(thigh). And whenever you go to pedal out of the gate your back hurts. But thats besides the point.

ok cause yesterday i had a soccer game and i hurt both of my thighs pretty bad. some dude kicked me right across both of em, and the muscles just like shriveled up, not to mention the bruising on the muscles and i think the bone. after i got home, i could hardly even walk it hurt so much.

referral to a specialist doctor to fixed you broken part. hopefully not a urologist. been there that sucks ...........alot thank god for new cromoly cranks the alloy ones from my youth like to break alot.

if you can stretch it you're doing good, ice and Ibuprofen and maybe some Trumeel crazy magic ointment.

I fell off a 10 ft high jump a few weeks back, and busted my shoulder. I couldn't move it for a couple hours, and for a week, I couldn't lift it above parallel to my neck. don't worry, it goes away fast, even though the femur is the slowest healing bone in the body.

Hey, you're dissin' my heritage there, bucko!

That sounds like a really bad bruise, but if it is just a bruise, you should be able to ride within a couple of days.

Otherwise, I'd head to a doctor to make sure there's nothing worse going on.

right now, its doin a ton better. i can actually walk on it now haha. and stretching...ive been doin tons of that. our trainer ended up tellin me it was really just a muscle thing, so he told me to stretch it really good and to put a bunch of bio-freeze on it. that felt really good.
