BMX Chain

O.K. someone brought a BMX bicycle for me to look
at yesterday they were blaming the bottom bracket
for something that was malking a noise..I was
to find out that there chain was too tight, this Is
something I see a lot with single speeders[tight chain]
Well I blamed a too tight chain for all there wows
and encouraged the boy to ride with a looser chain.
This BMX bike was expensive looked like all the bearings
were sealed bottom bracket was sealed and the wheel
hubs as well..my oh my they got It better then most
average people do?He seemed to be a pretty smart kid
and realized a chain tensioner might be the route to go
any feedback on this one guys?
