Early to mid 90s GT Vertigo

Is it worth saving?
I can get it for free but the quill is bent inside the for so I would have to cut it off. I can get a generic for peanuts. Other that that it would need wheels and a crank...
From what I have seen it looks like a wheelie/manual machine. Worth the effort?

I bought one for 10.00 at a garage sale,It was purple and in great condition.I would not say it was a wheelie machine.I did sell it part by part on ebay ,I got the most money for the stem.I think it was around 39.00
I even sold the seat and post for 32.00

Hmmm. And its the stem that is f'ed maybe it s not worth it
