Check out the 2009 DK Opsis. It's flatland specific if that's all you want to do.

my cost range is inbetween 250 and pretty much 400. Aren't dk only good for dirt (Dirt King?) are wtp a good brand? do they make any flatland with freecoasters? I heard that the dk signal was the best but, i could not find one enywhere. I saw a bike called the kink whip at this websitehttps://oldskoolcycles.com/KinkWhip.aspx
By the way, I weigh about 125 to 130 and am 5ft 7''

O.K. I narrowed it down to only 2 bikes the dk opsis or the khe militant am. Don't know what the price for the militant is though. shouldn't be over my budget, should it?

I found the KHE Militant AM on oldskoolcycles and it's $580. That's not too bad, but a little over your budget. Just go for the DK.
