easy way to tell apart 14mm and 3/8" axles?

i'm not sure what my axles are (i know they're not 10mm), and i want to get pegs, so i need to figure it out. is there an easy way to do this, without calipers?

14mm is about 9/16". 3/8 is 6/16 of course, and you should be able to visually tell a 3/16 difference on a ruler or tapemeasure. Basically, if it's less than 1/2" on your ruler, it's a 3/8 and if it is more, then its a 14mm.

Shadow sucks! Plegs, kinks, animals, or odysseys ftw.
