Sry to be the one to break this to you but GT always made dynos. DYNO isnt a company its a bike model

pnj 05-26-04 11:50 AM

dyno was a company. it was started by bob morales in the 80's. Bob sold the company to GT around 1985.

I remember when GT picked up Dyno they used the Dyno brand for their Freestyle bikes and kept the racing line to the GTs.

ChuckTaylor 03-05-06 03:27 PM

Hey so are Dyno bikes the same as Gt? What is the difference? Are they both good companies?

premiumbmx2005 03-05-06 07:26 PM

i think gt is bankrupt...at least i read that on s&m

"GT Bicycles is a large American manufacturer of road, mountain, and BMX bicycles. The company was founded in 1979 by Gary Turner, a welding engineer and Richard Long, a bike shop owner. The company merged with Schwinn in 1998, but the conglomerate went bankrupt in 2001, and was acquired by Pacific Cycle. Dorel Industries acquired Pacific Cycle in 2004."

Hello, but do not renew old threads. This thread has been dead for a long time and you did not add anything to it.

Actually, he clarified a question from 3 years ago. I got a new bike last week.

Simple child. Harley does not make a flat 6, certainly not one with Honda written on the fairing. But I object to the riceburner comment, since it's made in the US of A.

FitRider 921 05-12-07 09:52 PM

Expat, I didn't know you were such a badass.

eightdip 05-13-07 05:06 AM

And a radio. But I didn't get the CD changer. The engine is bigger than the one in our Scion. More horsepower too.

eightdip 05-13-07 10:16 AM

Some guy goes past around here with a radio blaring on his bike. Such a fool

cwt341 05-13-07 10:53 AM

Radio on a motorcycle is so dumb. I want to get a Kawasaki ninja or a Honda CBR 800

A radio is not dumb on a touring bike. Kids on sport bikes generally are though.
