frame with longest top tube available?

I'm looking to build my own bmx, so I want to buy a frame fairly soon. I have seen a few different manufacturers that offer frames with 21" or 21.5" top tubes. That might work, but I'm 6'4" and would like to get as stretched out the bike as possible. I'm not lookin to spend too much. I'm basically building it just for the fun of the build. Any frame suggestions? I'd appreciate the help.

Well your wishes are a double negative. Not wanting to spend to much coupled with bulding a bike from the frame up, does not go together. However XL frames are the longest available. Standard, Eastern, Hoffman, Redline, are just some that offer a XL size. Also if it means anything to you, I am 6'2" and ride a XL frame when I BMX, Matt Hoffman is my height and rides a regular frame for vert. You can get longer stems, a lay back seat post mixed with a XL frame and that would stretch you out to the max. However your jumping ability would suffer on that bike. However if it is just going to ridden for fun that would be irrelevant.
Also if you are interested I have a Bontrager Diesel which when they were built up to 3 years ago were top end for $150. It is a True Temper OXIII frame red with white decals light for steel and rides real sweet.

Is the Bontrager an XL? I'd be interested in seeing some pics if you have any.

Most of this bike will be bought in parts off ebay. I'm in no real rush, just lookin to have some fun over the summer. The bike will only see occasional jumping.

I'm guessin if you have a frame to sell then you've built one before. Got a ballpark figure on what this will cost using a decent frame and mediocre parts?

Yes the Bontrager is a XL. I have built one of them before, it is used as a dirt jumper one of my BMX part timers now owns. HMMM a ball park price hard to say if you are getting parts from E-Bay its hard to predict that. However I could give you a price on stuff that I have left on closeout if you are interested, and can get you prices on stuff I do not have.

Sure, I'd appreciate any prices on the stuff you have left. We can continue this over email if you'd like. Check your pm's.
