Best way to clean vintage Tuff Wheels?
Rebuilding a vintage BMX for a friend's son. It has a set of cool Yellow Skyway Tuff wheels but they are pretty dirty. Is there a tried and true way to clean them? What about brake pads. It is set up for cantilever brakes but I'm wondering if the mags need special pads???
Thanks

Usually scrub+bleach for white mags, scrub+dye for coloured ones. See here for some steps: https://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=51182
