ya there fine they run ok and dans comp backs them up like my friend had them he ****ed up the spindle they sent him a new one for free then he ****ed up the bolts and they sent him new ones too if you can afford the primo ones go for them other wise poverty runs and gets the job done pretty good

save the extra coin and get something a little more time proven...I rode the same set of profile cranks for well....forever....and they never gave me any problems... I eventually bought a new pair when they updated the design and rode those until I sold my bike a couple of years ago...I plan on getting a new set soon though

Primo Powerbites have also stood the test of time, I have many friends who put them to the test of many years of riding and never had a problem...I just don't like the pinchbolt design myself *shrugs*

yeah, I'm such a ****ing idiot.....atleast I can type a sentence without misspelling a word.....muahahahaha

a good crank under a 100??? get the FSA profile knock off....same crank...different name
oh and I never said anything about mongoose....unless we're talking an old school DMC or Fuzz.....Haro....they still make quality stuff, you're just too closed minded and too much into the elitist mind frame to ever acknowledge something other than a high end piece.....that's all...your guff doesnt phase me

DON'T RETALIATE, JUST LET THE MODS KNOW....WE'RE WATCHING HIM.

I have heard from numerous people about problems with Poverty cranks. I personally haven't ridden them, but I do avoid products that I hear a lot of bad comments about.

That said, if you have 100 bucks burning a hole in your pocket, why not just work on saving the extra 50 bucks for some flat out kick butt cranks like the Profiles? Everyone uses them, everyone LOVES them, and except for a few rare cases, they last almost every rider forever.

You can sometimes find them on ebay for a decent price as well. Actually, there are some on eBay right now for under 100 bucks! Go get them instead of a 'cheap' named product with questionable reliability.
