Twitchy steering.

Last summer I built up my Strowler. I do like the short frame (18.75) but I'm having trouble adjusting to the zero offset forks. I'm thinking of ways to "slow down" the steering and wonder if anyone else has ideas. I have tilted the bars slightly forward. It has helped just a tiny bit but not enough. So here are my thoughts.

1-Run a lower tire psi. 100 to 80?
2-Run a slightly longer stem (I run a 32mm but have a 50mm laying around).
3-Buy forks with full offset (switch from 0mm to 32mm).

Anything else?

Your only real option is to buy forks with offset; there are some on the market with less than 32mm, but more than 0mm.
