What Tools Needed?!?!?!?!?

Depends on what your going to do to the bike. I recommend that you get a couple of sizes of wrenchs (sorry if I misspelled that), a good range of socket wrenchs, a pair of vice grips, and a screw driver set.

a few allen wrenches, mainly 5 and 6, a nice socket and ratchet set, and some open end wrenches....
