Getting a new bike

Yeah like i said im getting a new bike since my last totally died on me. I only really need the frame but i figured i rather just get a new bike and use the other parts for spares. What bike should i get? I ride street and dirt. but im on a budget of 300 X.x

I am a big fan of the DK Cincinnati and the Eight Pack. But I have a Haro Backtrail that I'm happy with as well. There's many threads in this forum with reviews, just read around at other posts similar to yours.

Good luck!
