It doesn't look bad. But, it doesn't have seat stay mounted rear brakes so you can't change your gearing into something smaller. A lot of bikes at that price point will come with smaller gearing stock and seat stay mounted rear brakes.
You also don't have any front brakes, so if you are riding street you may lose out on some tricks.
36 spokes - don't ride those wheels to hard.
Black rims - don't hold your breath on braking performance.
GT's website doesn't seem to have any details on the makeup or geometry of the bike beyond the photo. I would want to get more details and compare it to something like the DK Cincinatti to have a better opinion on that bike. Also, no idea how much it'll cost you.

who cares about front brakes no1 that rides street uses front brakes these days, use ur foot, 36 spokes keep them tight and itll be fine
