The only advise I can give you is to be smart by wearing protection. Don't think you are too cool, and not wear a helmet or knee and elbow pads, not even "just this one time", because it could be your last. If I had not been wearing protection the last time I crashed I might be dead right now now, my head hit the ground so hard it split my hetmet in two places leaving me with a mild cuncussion. Be safe, not sorry you didn't.

Subzero295, could you be a little more specific what you need advice on? Flatland, Vert, Street and Dirtjumping are all quite different from one another on certain things.

some good adice is to start small,REAL small then as you get better you can go high and bigger and what not. but every one sucks when they start, so dont be discouraged

advice

start small and go big, in this order:
1. Get a Bike
2. Make sure its safe
3. Get protection
4. Ride
5. Bunny hop
6. Ramp
7. Practice trick
8. Perfect trick
9. Perform trick and wow people
10. get new trick
11. Have fun!
12. repeat steps 7 through 12, its a never ending cycle

IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HARD

A lot of small trix all at once can WOW ppl more/or just as much than one hard one.....they hurt less, and feel just as good.....and can come up with more variations this way so u won't look like u've been practicing one trick all ur life.....
