Haro makes a full range of products and some are better than others. Some are entry level and some are near pro level. But, similar to a car company, like Chevrolet, they make a wide range of products. So, it depends on whether you are buying a Chevy Cavalier, or a Chevy Corvette... they aren't vehicles in the same class... and there is a lot of other options out there that are comparable.
So, a specific bike (not a brand) is what you should look at, then you need to compare the competition and ask questions.

My Haro F4 is nice. So yes some Haro's are nice. Depends on what your looking for.

well theres alot of brands better than haro

depends on your money situation. Haro is a good brand for low price and for beginers. Mosh runs ok bikes for cheap as well. I have a Mirra Pro but that is not a godd example of cheap. No complaints as far as the bike except unless your a weight freak.
