Go to a shop, test ride a few bikes, and makes sure you actually like it. Not really all that smart to spend so much money to get into a sport that you've basically only seen before. And sorry for being the one to say it, but please work on the grammar? Makes posts a lot easier for us to read if they're punctuated/spelled correctly. Also, we would need a budget so that we could recommend the best bikes possible for you.

Sorry for the grammar, i lived my whole life on Mexico and a couple of years ago i moved to the states. I am still learning the language.
There is not a single bike shop that sells BMX; the closest one is about 3 hours drive from my town. Ive rode a racing bmx bike and the frame was 21.3" TT and i am looking for a street bmx and they are different they dont use 24" wheels

Well again, we still need a budget, and how tall you are/age to see whether or not you'll continue to grow. Just as a starting point.
