I have been riding for 5 months now. I have a 2004 gt compe how is it ?
Bars- s&m dive bars
grip-lizard skins
bar ends-oddsey
neck piece-standard
rims-alex supra E
tires-primo pro
Seat-haro dave mirra
sprocket-profile blackjack 36 t
Chain- oversized
pedals-wellgo
kink-pegs

Should i get a new frame ?

i would think so, i dont think gts are the greatest for getting into advanced bmx

yea i think u should i hate gt i had the vertigo and i learned some stuff on it but when i got a terrible one barcode i got 10 times better it was awsome so yea i think u should get a new frame

If he's just a beginner, there's no reason for him to spend money on a $300 frame.

exactly.. bike sounds fine.. if the frame breaks in half.. get a new one.. until then have fun on that one..

p.s. I dont think it's going to break in half.

I agree!

If the frame is working for you, then keep it until it breaks or until you actually have money for a new one. So maybe some good 3-piece cranks... Or a good cassette hub. There is a LOT available to upgrade on your bike before the frame, and if you are happy with what you have, then stick with it.

if you like the feel, stick with it, just dont ride it past its limits, that how you get seriously screwed up.
