how come?

how come my thing on my cassette keeps coming loose? the little screwy kinda thing that holds the cog on there (dunno what its called). i've tightened it like 3 times already and it keeps unscrewing and it starts jingling on my frame.

i used thread lock this time. next time it happens, if it does, i'll take a picture and see if i can get it on here
