New frames?

Have any of you seen the Federal Martinez, and the Federal Hamilton frame? They have this "tripple drawn chainstays" , and I was woundering what that is. Is it like and tripple butted headtube but on the chainstay? Also why is there new B.B.s coming out now(like the spanish B.B. and the FBM mid B.B.) are they alot better than the others or is it just something new for a change?

Yes, but the bearings on the Mid are larger, since they're nothing more than the standard 3/4" ID bearings that Profile uses.
