Rare BMX RIMS

About a year ago i bought a set of Mount BMX Rims (48 spoke) They are super light and pretty strong but, I can't find any info on them and no one's even heard of them.

There is nothing on them except the brand name, no search engine has any info, they are just silver with annodized metallic blue hubs.

Ditto. All I got was a bunch of information on mounting basketball rims to backboards.

edit: San Jose, too, I see.

nothing on the hub either? Man, that pretty much sucks.

My roadbike I have for sale now is like that...shimano hubs, but no-name rims...and man those rims were freaking sweet...tough as mountain bike rims, and light...but..they are being sold with the bike...oh well some lucky guy will find out that consignment used bike at the shop will be gettin far more htan he payed for

As far as your rims...maybe bug the guy you bought them from? If it's a shop and not an online warehouse or whatever, the owner might know...maybe it was a small-scale custom builder. I know the shop I go to has some guy making custom MTB wheelsets right now, and man are they freaking nice.

Hmm, I guess best advice is to look around at the local shops...maybe bring the rim in and ask for an equivalent weight and let them know what kind of riding you do. If you find those rims on ebay or something, sweet, but i think searching for them is going to be a long and very tedious process.

Take a photo of the rims. Does it say anything other than "Mount" on the rims anywhere? I have never heard of them.
