Dye, I'm not trying to be a d1ck, but what I'm saying is that you are asking about all the parts that will build up a new bike. You have to narrow things down to what you realistically can afford in the near future. If you might get 300 bucks worth off stuff at Christmas, then maybe a new fork and some good 3-piece cranks. Or JUST a new frame... But, you have to decide what you want most and then do research on just that. In six months, half this information will be outdated and you will need to ask again about the next thing you want.
Your bike is pretty solid, but a good wheelset would be dope. It has a pretty good fork on it, but maybe some Odyssey racing forks would work for you and save some weight.
13 year olds are capable of clearing 20+ feet... Hoffman was doing 540s at about that age. But, everyone progresses and starts out differently. You would definitely be surprised on what some are doing though - and I was saying that you may want to focus more on learning to ride your bike and get better instead of simply improving it. I mean that in a good way... Just focus on one upgrade at a time - spend as much time riding as possible and have fun.

Alright man - that's awesome.
You may want to start with deciding on a new frame and generate a parts list and go through stuff. Kind of go through and put together your own parts list - do some research shopping at www.danscomp.com and other mail orders to put your list together. Then work from there... Front brakes & rear brakes? Do you have a tire of preference. Really - put a whole list together and then let us all take a look at it to give our input.
The final decision is totally your and I will be happy to help you out - it is a LOT of money that you are looking to spend though, so going 'budget' on some stuff only really makes sense if you don't need something more.

A 13-year old who's jumping only 3-4 feet doesn't need anything more than a three-or-four-hundred dollar bike.

Macneil post/seat combo
- That seat is tiny.
Profile Racing w/Ti Spindle & Euro BB
- Good choice.
RNC Ti Lite sprocket
- I'd take a Tree over that, but it should be fine if you're not sprocket grinding everything in sight.
answer carbon expert bars, fly racing 2-pc bars expert
- No. Try Solid Hella Lights, Odyssey Civilian or Civilian Lows, or pretty much any FBM or S&M bar (aside from the Gay/Cruiser Bars and the Race Bars).
bar ends
- Fit, or the new Kinks. Or an old pair of Peregrines, if you can find them; those are the best.
tektro v-brakes
- Your Backtrail has U-Brakes, not V-Brakes; pretty much every freestyle bike has U-Brakes. I'd recommend either Flys or Odyssey Evolvers.
shimano dx-v lever
- F*ck that. Dia-Compe Tech 77.
redline race forks 20"
- No, no, no. S&M Pitchforks, or Odyssey Dirt or Race forks.
odie rogue grips
- Odi Longnecks, Solid Death Grips, or Odyssey Rich Hirsch/Team grips.
crupi high f/f or crupi low f/f
- No.
profile bmx cassette
- Yes.
pedals
- They're not light, but you can't beat Odyssey Jim Cs.
rims
- Odyssey Hazard Light/Duralectra or 7KA, or Araya Super 7Xs if you can find them.
spokes
- Marwi and DT.
profile hip stem
- No. Just... no. Odyssey Elementary or S&M Redneck Light.
maxxis tires
- Decent enough.
frame
- You will never find a frame fror street, park, and dirt under 5 pounds that's going to last. *Also, since you're just a beginner, you have no need for a light frame, because you're just going to trash it because you're not smooth.* Look for something over six pounds, like a S&M PBR, FBM Nighttrain, or a Standard TRLS or STA.
gyro
- If you're not doing multiple barspins or tailwhips at a time or flatland, you have no need for a gyro.
*That comment pretty much applies to everything.*

Beerman just gave you a ton of VERY good information. Some stuff to consider is that if you get a Euro BB with your cranks, you must have a frame with a Euro BB or you don't save any weight, and probably gain weight on your bike. You must have a frame with a Euro BB.
You can possibly get away with a sub 6 pound frame if you NEVER grind and aren't really riding much street/park at all. If all you do is jump, then you are probably okay on a sub 6 pound frame (5.5-6 pounds). But, if you grind or ride serious street at all - or want to, then you MUST get a more serious street specific frame. One that can deal with the stress you will put on the bike.
When I started riding I think I broke about 3-4 frames and I weighed 125 pounds and was about 5'8" tall. You should easily be in that size within just a year or two and for the money you are spending, you should have a bike that lasts.
The Standard STA-R-ox frame is a sub 6 pound frame that should be very good for street and dirt riding and is a good one to grow into.
When you look at a sub 5 pound frame, you are likely looking at aluminum. Aluminum is not used in street frames because it fails. Simple as that. There have been a couple of attempts at using it for street frames, but they have always failed on riders alarmingly fast. Also, a true street frame made of aluminum is still right around 5 pounds. So, you may save a pound, but you lose a year or two of riding over the life of the frame. If you are hard on frames, then it could break in under a year.

From experience I really dont like redline. I bent my redline forks doing little gaps. And their other parts I have seen have been sub-par. So if you dont want to replace that part in 2 weeks or less get something better.

Anything under 20 bucks - buy whatever the heck you want. It isn't terribly expensive to replace it later on if you don't like it. Grips, tires, tubes, brake cables... It is all stuff that wears out anyway.
Don't go with questionable companies on the big stuff - frame, fork, wheels, cranks, etc.

A Euro BB is a bottom bracket that threads into the framel it's not as strong as an American (or Spanish or Mid), but it works fine. A titanium spindle is a spindle that, obviously. is made out of titanium; it's not quite as strong, as a chromoly spindle.
You need to know how many teeth the cassette driver or cog has, and choose a sprocket with correct amount of teeth. 43/44-16, 42-15, 39-14, 36-13, 33-12, 30-11, 28-10, 25-9.
Lock-on grips are a waste of money. The bolts strip tooo easy, they don't last long because the rubber isn't very thick, and they cost twice as much as a regular grip.
You want the Profile SS or SS Mini with the 14mm axle. Also, you need to get a cog or driver with the amount of teeth corresponding to the size of your sprocket.
The Odyssey Pro Dirt are stronger, but the Pro Race are fine. If you break them, you can always warranty them and Odyssey will either ship you out a pair of Pro Race or Pro Dirt forks, at their discretion.
Also, like I said earlier: You're a beginner, and you have no real need for a bike of this cost. You're just going to break stuff because you're not smooth, and anyone who sees you is immediately going to think "poser".

Can you please explain how to tell if it is euro bb, and how big is the rnc ti lite in inches, and can you explain the profile mini cassette hubs and profile bmx cassette hubs, why are they priced the same and if the minis are lighter is the bmx cassette stronger and wich one should i get, and are crupi lows good?

You can tell that it's a Euro BB because it's threaded. Pretty much every frame out there has the option of having a Euro BB now.
The diameter of the RNC Ti Lite sprocket varies, depending on how many teeth it has.
It doesn't matter, because you need one with a 14mm axle, which is either the SS, SS Mini, or another brand.
F*ck Crupi.
edit: Also, you might want to do some actual research instead of just asking about this stuff; go to a local shop or something. Also, I have this strange feeling that you're just going through the Dan's catalog and listing the most expensive and/or lightest sh8t that you can find, which isn't going to get you anywhere. I've said this, what, three times now? You need stronger parts, not all of this super-lightweight stuff that's going to break in a week if you don't know how to maintain it and/or ride smoothly.

He has a Backtrail complete, according to his earlier posts; I told him that that's just fine for a beginner, but I guess that his parents are rich or something.
