Ok, roll at a moderate speed not to fast and not to slow, mentaly charge up for it, crouch down as if to hop, turn your head RIGHT round and look back and hop at the same time, flick your tail out, when you land roll for a bit, turn slightly press down on your pedals and pivot round (thats if you have no brakes like me)

hope this helps, the main bit is to get your head right round as most people will tell you

oh, do you mean a disaster when you go 180 and land with your back wheel on the deck and front wheel on the transition, or just go up hop 180 and then roll back down with out getting air?

well just go up the ramp when you get some where near the top (where ever feel comfortable) just do a small hop, flick your tail around and ride back down, you dont have to worry about turning you head around or any thing.

it should be real easy as the transition will flick you out
