There is no such thing as a j-hop (or bronco); it's always been called a nollie.

And considering that a nollie is harder to do than a bunnyhop, that wouldn't at all help him.

A fufanu is when you go up the ramp and turn 90(about) and land on you back tire and jump another 90 into the ramp so that when you land you are not going backwards.

j-hop is so easy, i think its probably easier than bunny hop. Just pretend ur doing a wheelie or manual, then jump up. The best way to get air is to jump everyday. Try jumping over small things first, like a curb, then work ur way up like over cereal boxes, garbage can lids, etc...

You guys kno how to ride backwards? like rotating ur cranks backwards...whats the best way? i go up a incline and come back down.,.. i have no balance whatsoever...

just keep trying, and give it a couple of cranks backwards and then turn your bars and pedal out.

i tried jumping a set of four stairs today ( at the school)

i could probably make it if i had just a bit more speed. there is a wheelchair ramp leading up to the deck or whatever than the steps. i lose most of my speed going up the ramp. when i jump i can feel my back wheel clip the last step. i think i could make it also if i pulled up more

I have to ask why it seems like you're only trying to "jump" that set of four stairs (a whopping, what, three feet?) only once a day.

i rode around alot to day and made a 3 stair jump. i know its no where near what u guys can jump (8-15) but its good for me since i'm just a beginner. i was jumping pretty good for the fact i didn't have much space. i might be able to pull a 4-5 stair

Landing flat or on more stairs?
I hate just riding down stairs, I either drop the chain (stupid gears, @#$%!) or my feet slip off the pedals.

hahahha, personally i think jumping stairs is stupid, it just feels so rough and it often kills your wheels. i would rather jump a jump box or dirt jump.
