gearing

I am saving for a hazard lite hub and for a 25 tooth sprocket

but for a 9 tooth driver it costs 175 dollars australian and a ten tooth driver cost 60 dollars australian

should i go for 28-10 or 25-10 or 25-9

28-10. 25-9 causes more chain wear, because the diameter of the driver is so small.
