Need help i dont know what im doing

Alright so i just started biking this weekend and had a blast so id like to start but i have no clue and there are so many bikes i like to do dirt jumps and i would like to know if i should just get a bmx bike or something else? i was looking at a fit street 3 but again im not sure so any help you can give would be helpful thanks :)
