Hi, me again looking for some help.....looking to buy a helmet, preferably cheap and not totally crap!

Not a full faced helmet just an ordinary one (do they have a special name?)

Cheers in advance

There are soooo many options to choose from. BTW, if it's not a full-faced, it's open-faces. ? why not full-faced? My buddy crashed hard off of an easy jump and slammed face first into his handlebar. Broken cheek bone, broken jaw, plastic surgery and 3 missing teeth, and a scar for life! OUCH!

I think www.danscomp.com has some. I just saw a P.3 helmet on www.specialized.com in their BMX section. There are many more.

That's because sometimes Mike has a big head and needs the extra room. j/k mike!

BTW, good luck at UM even thought the Gators are gonna kick their butt this year!

actually the double helmut is quite nice...although i seem to use it more in other places, rather than on the bike...

Thanks, i still think ill just go 'open-faced'. Ive had my face scar for this lifetime so hopefully i wont be dealt another one!
(Guy stuck a spade right thru my chin, took a wedge out of my gum and knocked one of my front teeth out, root and all!)

Anyway, that was 2 years ago, ill take my chances with an open-faced one, ill let you know if i smash my face open so you can have a smug grin and say 'i told you so' :-)))

Cheers for the help

To get a helmet you could go to bmx sites where you can order helmets. You could go to www.danscomp.com to get a helmet. You could go to toysrus and get a helmet. You also could get a helmet at www.toysrus.com. You could get helmets at these places what I said. Good luck. Bye.
