Does anyone use Brake Post Extension Adaptors?

Long story short, I was a dummy and didn't need them. Nor have the capability to use them.
I'm trying to resell them but are they pretty niche?

I wish I could use them. It would simplify setting up the brakes, on my old Supercross. But, it doesn't have removable brake studs.
