Neeed to decode a 90's Mongoose

It is a looptail Solution, I believe it is a Oct 1993 ? Serial number : HBCJ02013 , Thanks for the info !

Looks to be around '95/'96 to me. I was going to buy a '96 cruiser and it looked similar. Check bmxmuseum.com for a lot more info.
