24 in bmx cruiser help?

Hey guys, I'm looking into getting a cruiser bmx bike, particularly 24 in wheels and I was wondering if this is a good find? If not would someone be able to recommend me to a decent buy? 24" Dyno Bmx cruiser

I have no trick background, I am just looking for a nice little cruiser to get around town or ride with some friends so I won't need anything ridiculously strong or would be considered an overkill. That's all for now, thanks.

Also around 300 or under price range

If you plan on playing around with it and learning tricks, you'll want to raise your budget enough to get a full chromoly frame. However, since you said it's mostly to get around town and ride with friends, you'd likely be okay with either an aluminum race bike, or a cheaper freestyle bike with a chromoly main frame.

This one's cheap, though it's not full chromoly (in other words, it has some lower quality hi-ten steel in there): DK Cygnus 24" Matte Black (2014 Model) : Freestyle Line

If you're willing to consider something on the more 26" DJ end of the spectrum versus 24" cruiser, this one's even cheaper and actually is full chromoly: DK Xenia 26" : 24in and 26in Bikes There are plenty of bikes out there with geometry that's more dialed for jumping, but for just over $200, you can certainly do a lot worse.

Dk Xenia 26" : 24in and 26in Bikes is really very good choice for you.

That Dk is honestly probably the way to go. Eventually if you want to get more serious into doing tricks I'd recommend upgrading the frame and forks. Sunday has an expensive frame and fork set that have a lifetime warranty I believe... It's the Model C Frame and fork. Jim C does some gnarly stuff on the Model c too.
