No, it's not any easier to get on the ledge/deck with a larger sprocket.
And the Shadow chain? Stupid idea.

well, it's not easier to get on but it is easier to learn to stay on because there is more to grind with

Really. That's funny, because the 510HX is stronger than the 410H, dumbass. It's the exact same chain, but with mushroomed pins so the sides don't blow out so easily.
And what's my favorite trick, you ask? Sprocket slides. And what chain do I use? The 510HX. And how often does it break? Once a month, tops. I broke a 410H five times in two hours.

first of all no need for a smartass attitude and also if you break your chain even once a month you should give up on sprocket slides..... ive been riding a KMC 410h for like 6 years now its gone thru sprocket slides and 4 different gear ratios and its fine... so i would take my 410h over a 510 anyday.

Well, he must not be doing very many sprocket slides if he's never broken it. I do several hundred of them in a given month, and I don't run a guard.

i don't think they make 36t blackjacks in 3/16. if you use a 3/16 chain on regular teeth, the teeth become very thin and they snap off.
i broke a 415 chain while doing a sprocket grind down a rough, unwaxed concrete ledge.
wow... what a dunce. if you have a chain for 6 years (i doubt it will last that long), just buy a new one. they cost about $15 .
