How to attach saddle to this seatpost?

For my 10-year old niece.
Came across this 25.4mm seatpost on ebay for a BMX bike.

Given the layback, is it possible to attach a saddle and adjust it to a horizontal position? What do I use? Photos will help.

Thanks.

I know nothing about this site (Porkchop BMX), but this clamp sized properly for your seat post diameter will do the trick if you want to put a seat on that.

If I were looking for this clamp, I would swing on down to the local bike coop. They are pretty common.

The travel or tilt is going to be limited and will mostly tilt back which is how the old school riders prefer.

Thanks for the replies.
While this is a BMX bike, will use as a regular bike.
Need the setback and at least 450mm long for proper fitting and the saddle needs to be in a horizontal position.
What seatpost do you recommend?
