Albina et la Bicyclette by Jacques Faizant

Curious to know if anyone has read this book, more so if there is an English version available.
Albina et la bicyclette ;: Albina roule en tete ; Oublie-moi Mandoline (OEuvres romanesques) (French Edition): Jacques Faizant: 9782207245996: Books

(Apparently it was translated into German as Albina und das Fahrrad.
Albina und das Fahrrad: Jacques Faizant: 9783936973662: Books)

It was written in 1968 by a French cartoonist and I came across a small excerpt in a compilation book translated by one of the editors. The little I know is that it is supposedly quite humorous and insightful, and also seems to be very elusive.
