CowaLUNGa Charity Bike Tour - August

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share an upcoming ride called the CowaLUNGa Charity Bike Tour benefiting the Respiratory Health Association. Riders can join us for 18 miles, 65 miles or for a weekend ride to support healthy lungs and clean air for all.

Our ride begins in Gurnee, Illinois and goes up into Wisconsin beginning on Saturday, August 3rd. All routes are one-way with full SAG and medical support and include two daily rest stops, breakfast and dinner, and bus and bike transportation back to the start line in Gurnee, Illinois. Free overnight parking is available onsite at Gurnee Mills Mall for the eventís duration.

We welcome you to join us and to pass this info on to anyone you think may be interested.

If you have any questions, please let me know.Thank you and happy riding!

Healthy Lungs - You may not think about the importance of your lung health until you experience a breathing problem. Your lungs provide oxygen and keep every other organ functioning by removing carbon dioxide from your body. Genetics, disease, and the environment can affect the health of your lungs and cause respiratory problems. When your lung health is affected, it impacts the quality of everyday life and can prematurely shorten your lifespan.
