Pan Mass Challenge 2023
Trying to decide whether to register this year. The fundraising is such a pain. I may have convinced a former Red Sox player to ride with me. He said he always wanted to do it, so I invited him to team up. No, not Nomar. He never replies to messages on Twitter.

I agree with the fundraising. Even though it's for a good cause, trying to raise $6K minimum on top of a $325 registration fee is steep. Unless you can convince a few local merchants to donate (or have a lot of rich, generous friends) that's a hard goal to achieve. Usually, if the fundraising minimum is $250 or less on a charity ride, and registration fees aren't too high, I'll just toss in the whole thing myself to avoid the hassle of begging people for donations.
