Raise money to fight cancer by cycling
My fellow cyclists,
Has your life or the life of someone you care about been touched by cancer? Are you willing to contribute money to support cancer research and the millions of people affected by cancer? If so, then please consider participating in my new grassroots fundraising project titled "One for All," which combines an activity that we both love (cycling) with a charitable cause that I strongly support (the Lance Armstrong Foundation).
Since undertaking this project in March, I have cycled over 500 miles in support of this project. Now that my "One for All" project has received formal approval by the LAF as a grassroots fundraising project, I have begun the process of informing friends, family, and fellow cyclists in hopes that it may spur others to either ride, support my riding, or contribute funds to the LAF and the 10 million people in this country who are currently living with, through or beyond cancer.
If someone you know has been affected by cancer, and you'd be willing to make the fight against cancer one of your charitable contributions for 2007, I would appreciate your support. To find out more, please visit by "One for All" webpage at https://77illinois.homestead.com/oneforall.html or contact me at bart22benjamin@yahoo.com.
Thank you for your kind attention.
