The 100 miles isn't that tough if youre well trained.

Surely they won't let a bunch of cheese-steak eaters have a better turn out, will they? I have an over-use injury that's been nagging me from a previous year. Plus this spring I had a crash followed by some bronchitis that set me back a bit. Still, I'm using this ride as motivation to get to that "well-trained" point.
