Ride The Rideau - Sept 8, 2012
On September 8, I will be biking 100 km from Ottawa to Merrickville-Wolford as part of Ride the Rideau I am helping to raise funds for cancer research at The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI), one of Canada’s leading centres for cancer research.
Two years ago I was privileged to take part in the 2010 inaugural "Ride the Rideau", it was an emotional ride for me as my father succumbed to cancer 6 days before the day of the ride, there were just over 300 riders and we raised over $900,000 towards cancer research. Last year there were over 600 riders and over $1,800,000 was raised; I'm excited to be participating for a third year.

No donation is too big or too small. The OHRI is a registered charity and official tax receipts will be sent out by e-mail.
