Do you want to ride with George Hincapie?

I am recruiting riders to ride the Gran Fondo Hincapie (Gran Fondo Hincapie) on October 25 to raise funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF 2014 Hincapie Gran Fondo Ride to Cure Diabetes). I am not asking for money! Rather, I am looking for riders who support the cause of ending Type 1 Diabetes and who would be interested in participating in the Gran Fondo Hincapie to raise funds for JDRF. This year, JDRF has partnered with the Gran Fondo Hincapie to provide a special experience for JDRF riders, including an exclusive, one hour warm up ride with Big George on October 24. I have done numerous fundraising rides for JDRF, so I can assure all from my own personal experience, that the JDRF Ride to Cure is a life-changing experience. However, most JDRF rides are relatively easy. The Gran Fondo Hincapie is unlike other JDRF Rides (or most other big charity rides) in that the course is amazing and really tough. So, here's your chance to give T1D a kick in the butt while getting your own butt kicked ! Note that there is a $2,000 fundraising minimum.

If you want to learn more or might be interested in registering, please send me a PM.

I met him last year at Interbike. He was apathetic.
