Help me raise money for a few worthy causes
Hey all,
I have committed for a second year to raise funds to support two very important national causes by participating in charity bicycle rides.
In 2014, I participated in the National MS Society's Bike MS Ride the Riverside at National Harbor MD. This was a 100 mile journey through a scenic part of Prince George's County MD in early June, that helped me achieve a personal best single ride distance (100.5 miles!). Along the way I helped raise $300 for the National MS Society.
I also participated in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure Washington DC. This 53 mile journey starting not far from the White House in downtown Washington DC late in September followed a normally closed to bicycles route along the Potomac river into lower Montgomery County MD and back to it's start point in DC. During this process, I helped raise $250 for the American Diabetes Association and met a plethora of new people whose lives are impacted by Diabetes.
This year I will be riding in the National MS Society's Bike MS Ride the Vine at Purcellville, VA on June 13. I'm hoping to double my last year's fundraising and raise $600 to help fund research and programs to help people living with Multiple Sclerosis.
I'll also be riding the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure Washington DC on September 26. Again, I'm hoping to double my last year's fundraising and raise $500 to help fund research and programs to help those afflicted with Diabetes.
I'm hoping some of you folks on here, would be willing to help me reach my goals. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to the specific charities. You can also pledge to ride yourselves if you're so inclined and live in the DC area.
You can donate to my efforts by using the below links.

I look forward to participating in these rides and hope you all will help me meet my goals.
Thanks,
Chris
