Post some pictures and we'll tell you how you did. Giving us your location helps too.

Nice looking mid-level MTB. Butted chromoly frame and chromoly fork are good signs. This is it, or at least very close: 1994 Univega Alpina 5.1 - BikePedia

The problem is that mountain bikes have changed drastically over the past 20 years and value of old ones goes off a cliff. I'd say it's worth maybe $100-150 despite the very nice condition.

I spent 2 hours cleaning , tuning , lubricating and adjusting the bike . I also installed 2 kenda tires and tubes w/rim strips . It rides like a dream .....and looks killer !! Gonna hate to see it go ..... Wife will kill me if I decide to keep it , have too many now, LOL , or so she says ..... But always room for one more .....

There's some info here: https://univegacatalogs.wordpress.com/ Univega was a brand of mostly Japanese road bikes mainly from the 1980s.

I bought an 1994 Univega Alpina 5.3 last year in rougher shape. Yours might be form the same year because the graphics are similar. Does it match these specs? 1994 Univega Alpina 5.1 - BikePedia
