Huffy Echelon and Panosonic Sport Deluxe.

i have two older bicycles, on Huffy Echelon and one Panosonic Sport Delxue. I'd like to find out what they could be worth as they are and what the expected value may be if tuned up. I don't know a lot about them, though I believe they are both mid to late 70's models. The Huffy is a female frame, awkward pinkish color, all original and fairly rusted. The Panosonic has much less rust, is an awesome blue metallic hue, and fully dressed with a bullet headlight and rear wheel generator and mile counter. I'm not sure how to add pics to this post, perhaps someone could help me with that? Thanks!

The general rule around here is no pics no valuation. So figure out how to add pics; if you play with the icons on the dialog box when you post, you'll figure it out. It is pretty clear from your post that you have a good idea which of the two bikes is relatively worthless. A few moments of googling will tell you that as well.

Most Huffy bikes are not worth much. Rusty Huffy bikes are worth much less than not much.

The Panasonic is a lower end model. IT was a good recreational bike in its day, and would make a nice commuter bike.

One thing to consider is that neither of these bikes is worth spending time money on if you intend to sell them. In perfect condition a women's ehceleon is worth maybe $75 in typical condition they have neglegiable value. The Panasonic Sport is a low end sports model likely only worth $125 or so in very good ready to ride condition with good rubber. Both would cost more to properly service and tune up with some new consumbles than there worth. On bikes like these I would suggest you consider donating them to a local bike coop bike charity and getting a tax receipt.

Ok, thanks, everyone. I will most likely just give away the Echelon, as I'm not really interested in putting any time into it. It's condition is worse than I'd like to mess with. I've considered converting the Panasonic to a fixed gear and keeping the original parts as stock for future use. I appreciate your input.
