Not classic.
Not vintage.

If it is in good shape cosmetically and mechanically and still has the original components, then $450 isn't out of the question. Its probably high for some areas and low for other areas of the country.
Looks like it came stock with a bunch of 105/Ultegra components.

If the components are Sora, or other of the cheapie Shimano stuff, then no. If they are Tiagra maybe. 105 or Ultrgra/Dura Ace, then yes.

It looks like a Trek 2100 ZR.

If it has 105 components and is in good/very good condition, I'd say it's easily worth $400.

2007 Trek 2100 - BikePedia

If it fits, it's a good deal, $1500 original MSRP.

Dura Ace is the premium line-up among Shimano's many product lines. I believe the members above have already shared their opinion that the Seller's asking price is justifiable.

The major question, since you seem to be asking about the bike as a rider, is "does it fit?". If it doesn't fit you, then no price will be a good one.

The bike has carbon fiber components which make it lighter (seatstays, chainstays and fork), BUT also have different maintenance requirements, AND need to be inspected carefully when you are considering buying used. I usually don't recommend bikes with carbon components for beginners.

I'd recommend finding someone experienced with bikes (carbon fiber bikes), and take him/her with you to be your expert. He/she will be able to tell if the bike fits (is the right size for you), and whether the carbon fiber components are in SAFE, usable, condition.
