Unknown 1970s Italian Frame

The frame doesn't have any pantographing, so I don't know what it is. Maybe someone can identify it by the dropouts, seat cluster, and lack of shifter bosses?

Can't tell what it is but in it's current rough shape bad paint visible dings rust with no good details info most of the sellers description is likely wrong. Not worth much of anything looks like a frame someone junked for scrap that this guy picked up and is trying to sell. I wouldn't take it for free much less pay $200.

No way to verify the seers claim, it may well be a small builder custom from the early/mid 70's. For example RRB (Ron Boi) did similar seat stay attachments in the Chicago area way back then.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

The Campagnolo 1010B dropouts on this frame are Portacatena drilled, so the frame is vintage 1977 or newer. I'm thinking your guess to be correct, Your Steepness!

RRB'S had a much more elegant and refined look. The bike in question is fairly crude in comparison.

No idea what it is.

Look closer again. The fender eye is inside the webbing of the dropout. Long dropouts too, the dropouts are not Campagnolo, I believe they are French in origin. Milremo marketed some like this. Stay ends are atypical for upscale Italian too. I doubt it's Italian.
Don't know what it is actually. The full sloping crown is more like what was used by some British builders, it's not a Cinelli. Just wants to play one on TV.

harrington of the uk made a full sloping crown that looked like this. the crown, when combined with the seat binder arrangement and the milremo dropouts makes me suspect a uk origin for the frame.

one might ask the seller what the bb threading is. would suspect bsc.
