Trek 5200 carbon bike

I have this trek 5200 carbon bike that I'm helping an friend sell.
The frame is 54 cm and got Easton ea50 wheelset, Shimano 600 8 speed.
How much should I ask for?

Sell the lights separately, replace the nasty adjustable stem with the original, and ask $450.

If you want to sell the bike as a bike, probably can find a used one pretty cheap.

However, since ebay solds show the rims at $175, I would consider parting out the bike to maximize value. Do some component FMV investigation on ebay to decide.
