1960's Ladies Raleigh Superbe

Continuing my search on Craigslist and found a Raleigh Superbe that looks nice, but I don't know a lot about bikes! I also don't have a lot of money to invest in fixing up an old bike. The listing was asking $275, but the seller said she would take $199. She sent me a bunch of close-up images, but would like to know if it's worth $200 or if I would have to invest a lot more money into the bike? The listing is located in the Denver area and the bike has been listed for over a month now. Here is the description:

"Pristine condition women's vintage Raleigh superbe...early 1960's. Original paperwork, saddlebag, leather seat. It's been in storage for 3 years since I purchased it from the daughter of the original owner. Just needs a new tire tube.
I'm 5'3". . .so it's a small women's frame."

Any help you could offer would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

I think so, its a very nice example of this vintage, even has the fork lock key!

But be aware al of the bearing are likely dried out and will need greasing and thats going to be expensive unless you can fo the service yourself. Like more than $100.

$200 would be a fair price if it was ready to ride and didn't need servicing. As presented likely needing some service and tires figure $100 or so. I would say $125 is about all it is worth in Denver, which is a horrible market for selling 3 speed step throughs I gave up even taking ones I got offered for free, this bike has been listed for a long time so I suspect the seller won't come down much more on price.

Do the lights & generator work?

If so then I definitely think it's worth $200. Here the standard Sports models, without a Brooks saddle, without the bag and without the lights & generator would probably go for that much.

Thank you all for your help! I asked a local bike shop how much it would cost to get the bike ready and he thought at least $150 so that puts this bike out of my budget. I think I will keep searching! You never know what you can find if you're willing to wait.
